The added Vitamins and Minerals have been included for their specific benefits and capability to work in conjunction with the Collagen and Glucosamine. In particular;

Vitamin A; this vitamin is involved in the maintenance of skin, lack of which often leads to symptoms such as dry skin.

Vitamin C; Vitamin C is involved in the formation of collagen, a lack of which has a direct effect on collagen levels and leads to poor appearance of the skin.

Vitamin D; our bodies are unable to make this vitamin. It is commonly known as the ‘sun vitamin’ as it is synthesised when sunlight meets the skin. Vitamin D is most known for its role in bone health and absorption of calcium and phosphorous.

Vitamin E; Helps protect cells from damage and is considered to have an antioxidant

Directions:

Mix one scoop (13.75g) with 150 to 200ml of water in a shaker or blender.
