Payment Policy

You can be completely assured that nothing you pass to PayPal’s servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.

 

Returns

All non-faulty items must be returned within 21 days. We can only refund your postage costs if the item is incorrect through an error on our part and not if the product was incorrectly ordered by yourself.

 

Non-delivery of goods

Please notify us within 7 days from the day of dispatch if you have not received your order. If you do not contact us within this time frame then we will not be able to guarantee a replacement order.

 

Typing and Publishing Errors

We shall not be responsible for any inaccuracies, typographical errors or omissions found on this web site. We reserve the right to make product information and pricing changes without notice. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to error in pricing, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, even when the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall issue a credit to your credit card account.
