Our Lean Whey Protein + Meal Replacement has been designed as a dual function product. It is a lean whey protein shake to either work alongside your dietary and nutritional plan as part of your weight management programme or as a full meal replacement.
As a meal replacement, the formula has the right amount of proteins, carbohydrates, fats and vitamins & minerals that the body needs to replace a meal, as well as a slow & fast release whey protein blend which enables each protein to be digested at different rates. It also contains Actilight® soluble fibre, a dietary fibre with prebiotic properties.
The Lean Whey + Meal replacement formula incorporates CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid) & Green Tea Extract; Safflower oil; rich in Omega 3 and Linoleic Acid.
It also contains a precisley balanced Digestive Enzyme Blend, to aid nutrient digestion such as protein, fat, fibre and carbohydrates.
Each 59g serving contains 25g of protein which contributes to the growth and maintenance of lean muscle mass and maintenance of normal bones.
Directions:
Mix 56g (2 slightly heaped scoops) in 350ml water.
