SUPPORTS HEART HEALTH
Diets low in saturated fat and cholesterol that include daily soluble fiber from
psyllium husk, as found in FIBERLYZETM, may help heart function and support
healthy cholesterol levels. Soluble fiber may also assist the body with
maintaining optimum blood sugar levels and can help individuals with weight
management goals. You should consult with your health care provider before
using this product as part of a weight management or wellness program.**
CLEAN OUT TOXINS
Diets that include sources of insoluble fiber which are found in FIBERLYZET
have been shown to promote regular bowel movements and to help the body in
removing toxins from the colon.**
SUGGESTED USE: Mix 1 teaspoon or 1 scoop in 8oz of water 2-3 times daily. Note: mix this
product in at least 8oz of water. Not doing so may result in a choking hazard. Do not take if
you have difficulty swallowing.
New Users: Start with ½ teaspoon or ½ scoop, then gradually increase to 1 full serving 2-3
times per day.

hours before or 2 hours after taking any other medication. As your body adjusts to increased
fiber intake, you may experience a change in bowel habits or minor bloating. Immediately
discontinue use and call your health care provider if you experience any adverse reaction.
